Lead Mechanical Engineer

What You’ll Do:
Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi‑family, and mixed‑use projects.
Serve as the technical lead on MEP systems designs, including HVAC and plumbing.
Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
Mentor and supervise mechanical EITs and junior engineers.
Coordinate with architects and other in‑house disciplines for integrated project delivery.
Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
PE license required (Idaho or ability to obtain quickly).
7+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong design portfolio.
Proficiency in MEP design software, primarily Revit.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction.
What We Offer: We are targeting a base salary of $110,000 to $150,000, but this is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.

STD & LTD.
A minimum of 15 days PTO, and higher for more experienced employees.
401k match of 4%.
One full day of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) annually.
