Completion of new horizontal wells with multiple stage water‑fracs. Responsibilities include writing completion procedures, developing creative ways to improve completion operations, optimizing stimulation costs and horizontal fracs with respect to stage work and stimulation design, supervising field consultants, performing field studies and evaluating completion techniques, designing and implementing frac programs, and applying reservoir engineering.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering. 5+ years of related work experience; shale plays preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a multi‑disciplined environment. Ability to work in a highly innovative, fast‑paced environment with frequently changing priorities. Strong prioritization and deadline‑meeting skills. Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
