is seeking a
Senior MMG Business Analyst
to serve as a key analytics and strategy partner to the
MMG Business Operations Director
and MMG leadership. This role drives the design and execution of advanced data models, reporting solutions, and operational insights that directly influence provider productivity, patient access, and MMG’s overall business performance.
Position Highlights: The Senior MMG Business Analyst plays a leadership role in advancing MMG’s analytics infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders across MMG, Patient Access, Finance, and the Data Quality & Business Intelligence (DQBI) departments. Serves as both a hands-on analyst and a thought partner — developing sophisticated reporting solutions while also advising on data-driven strategies for clinical and operational improvement. Leads complex analytic projects such as provider volume forecasting, NPAC performance modeling, staffing efficiency analysis, and financial performance tracking. Acts as a subject matter expert in enterprise data integration (Snowflake/MCAP), Power BI reporting, and operational process improvement. Bridges the gap between data and decision-making by ensuring stakeholders can interpret, trust, and act on analytics delivered through MMG dashboards and reports. Core Competencies: Strategic Analytics and Data Modeling Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication Operational Optimization and Data Governance Leadership Responsibilities: Establish and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and administrative domains to align data strategy with business priorities. Serve as a liaison between end-users, business leaders, IT, and analytics partners (DQBI, Data Engineering) to capture requirements and translate business needs into actionable analytic solutions. Lead the design, testing, and deployment of automated workflows, data models, and dynamic Power BI dashboards supporting MMG and Patient Access operational and financial performance reporting. Develop advanced SQL queries and logic in Snowflake to power analytics such as provider productivity, scheduling efficiency, NPAC conversion, and forecast modeling. Collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to ensure accurate data lineage, validation, and documentation for MMG analytics sources. Create, maintain, and present executive-level reporting packages and dashboards for MMG leadership and Moffitt executives, summarizing trends, KPIs, and strategic insights. Provide consultative support on provider practice flows, patient service processes, and scheduling optimization — recommending data-driven improvements to enhance access and efficiency. Lead or contribute to organizational change management efforts, ensuring new reporting solutions and metrics are adopted effectively by end users. Mentor other analysts and provide technical guidance on SQL, Power BI development, and analytic best practices to strengthen the team’s collective capability. Document data logic, metric definitions, and workflow processes to maintain alignment with institutional data governance standards. Credentials and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Analytics, Mathematics, or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, operations reporting, or business analysis, with proven success building dashboards and analyzing operational data in healthcare delivery or revenue cycle environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytic projects from concept to implementation. Advanced proficiency in

Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic thinking and stakeholder collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing and deploying Power BI dashboards within
Power BI Service
and managing app workspaces. Understanding of data governance practices, metric standardization, and documentation standards. Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts or project teams.
