Weare seeking aChief Revenue Officer (CRO)— anexperienced leader who will take full responsibility for increasing company revenue, managing the sales and marketing department, and developing strategies to attract new clients and scale the business.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s revenue growth strategy.

Lead the sales and marketing teams, ensuring their efficiency.

Identify key markets and segments for business expansion.

Develop and optimize the sales funnel.

Work with key clients and develop strategic partnerships.

Analyze the market, competitors, and business processes to enhance effectiveness.

Collaborate with product and technical teams to align business strategy.

Requirements

Experience as CRO/ VP of Sales/ VP of Marketing in B2B SaaS, AI, or related industries.

Deep understanding of technology solution sales processes (SaaS, AI, automation).

Proven experience in managing sales and marketing teams (10+ people).

Ability to develop and execute effective GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.

Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Analytical mindset, results-oriented approach.

Fluent English (C1+).
