What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coach multiple leaders across Tier 2–4 to build Continuous Improvement (CI) maturity
Serve as the lead assessor for Management System Assessments (MSAs) and oversee execution of strategic priorities
Lead value creation initiatives that deliver year-over-year gains at a multi-team or business unit scale
Apply and coach advanced CI tools and systems, identifying opportunities for process engineering
Mentor other leaders and change agents, partnering closely with Service Operations leaders to drive CI practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven success in CI leadership within large-scale, federated organizations
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at VP/SVP levels
Deep knowledge of advanced CI tools and systems
Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience or background in Group Insurance and/or Service Operations
Familiarity with OEI, Shingo, or equivalent frameworks
Leadership and change management experience
