What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support the reporting needs of the business
Provide data-based trends, recommendations, and resolutions to the organization

Communicate difficult concepts to the team to generate clarity and alignment on projects and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
Strong analytical thinking skills to solve complex problems
Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience leading functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
Familiarity with interpreting internal and external business environments
Proven ability to recommend best practices for process improvement
