Overview
LABUR is supporting a client through a critical ERP transformation aimed at modernizing operations and driving process efficiency. This engagement is about enabling a successful transition from legacy systems to a future‑ready platform. The Project Manager will lead the ERP implementation end‑to‑end, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives, while driving process change and accountability across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead ERP Implementation: Oversee all phases of the ERP rollout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Drive Business Process Transformation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign workflows, optimize processes, and manage change adoption.
Manage Vendor Relationships: Hold ERP vendors accountable for quality and delivery, while fostering strong partnerships.
Ensure Data Integrity: Take a hands‑on role in critical deliverables such as customer master data cleanup and validation.
Coordinate Stakeholders: Align cross‑functional teams, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
ERP Implementation Expertise: Proven experience leading ERP projects in manufacturing environments, ideally with systems such as Acumatica, Business Central, NetSuite, SAP ECC, or Sage.
Process & Change Management Skills: Ability to guide business process redesign and drive adoption during ERP transitions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Skilled at managing ERP vendors and coordinating internal teams with a hands‑on approach.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project accounting and manufacturing processes is essential.
Leadership & Execution: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure.
Compensation $90 - $100 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
