Family Medicine
physician to join their busy practice. The practice is in Byron Center, MI just south of Grand Rapids. As a member of the care team, you will join four physicians, four Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Manager, LMSW Social Worker, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff.

Qualifications
Required – Bachelor’s Degree
BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required (or)
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association (if required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required)
