Position Summary The Store Manager oversees all daily operations, ensures outstanding customer service, and leads the store team to achieve sales goals. This role requires a highly organized, energetic, and people‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and is committed to creating an engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate store employees to deliver excellent customer service.

Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, staffing, cash handling, and inventory control.

Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals.

Ensure the store’s appearance, merchandising, and displays reflect brand standards.

Manage scheduling, payroll accuracy, and employee performance reviews.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor inventory levels, receive shipments, and coordinate restocking.

Maintain store safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership.

Foster a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Proven ability to motivate a team and achieve sales goals.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Preferred:

Experience in specialty retail or boutique environments.

Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, and inventory management.

Strong visual merchandising skills.
