Mochi Health’s mission is to be the discovery layer of healthcare. We are building a platform that makes it easier for patients to find the right providers, access the right medications, and take control of their health with transparency and trust. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Growth to help accelerate our product’s impact by building and optimizing the systems that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats (frontend, backend, and data), and loves using creativity and rigor to solve ambiguous growth challenges.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and ship features across the stack (frontend, backend, and data pipelines) to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
Maintain and improve server‑side event forwarding, and a clean event schema across marketing site and app.
Identity & attribution enablement - Make identity resilient across domains; enforce UTM governance; ensure data needed for rules‑based attribution is consistently available.
Work with design to build and iterate high-performance landing pages and lightweight micro‑tools that capture intent and convert.
Partner with product, design, and data to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly test hypotheses through experiments and A/B testing.
