We’re looking for a
Senior Fullstack Engineer
to help re-architect and scale our high-volume e-commerce platform. You’ll modernize our Shopify Plus ecosystem, implement best-in-class engineering practices, and build the infrastructure that powers Dose’s next phase of growth. You’ll work across the stack — from storefront to backend — delivering the performant, reliable systems that make Dose run. This role is ideal for someone who loves building elegant technical solutions that directly impact brand and customer experience. What You’ll Do
Build, optimize, and maintain Dose’s Shopify Plus storefront using Theme 2.0 (JSON templates, metafields), Liquid, React, and Tailwind CSS. Design and deploy custom Shopify applications and extensions (Checkout UI, Functions, Customer Account). Integrate APIs and headless services across marketing, finance, and fulfillment systems. Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright). Architect serverless solutions using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway), Cloudflare Workers, or Google Cloud Functions. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design teams to bring new customer experiences to life. Establish and uphold engineering standards, performance benchmarks, and documentation practices. 5+ years of professional web development experience, with 3+ years on Shopify Plus. Experience developing custom themes, apps, and APIs using Shopify’s Theme 2.0 architecture. Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and serverless deployment. Proven ability to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability across e-commerce systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira or Asana. Bonus points for experience with Hydrogen, backend languages (Python, PHP, Rust), or observability tools like Datadog or New Relic. Why You’ll Love Working Here
