Located in Fayetteville, Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation was the first licensed nursing home in North Carolina and has a long tradition of providing quality care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility in providing exceptional care and services to our residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for healthcare, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for our residents. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a positive work environment for staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

Valid Nursing Home Administrator License

Minimum two years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on long-term care preferred

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality improvement processes, and best practices in senior care

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Proven ability to manage budgets, financials, and staffing effectively

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all aspects of the nursing home's operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality care and services for residents

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including maintaining required licenses and certifications

Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care and overall resident experience

Collaborate with medical staff, nursing personnel, and department heads to optimize care and delivery and resource utilization

Monitor budgetary and financial performance, including managing expenses and revenue generation

Promote a culture of teamwork, compassion, and professionalism

Engage with residents and their families, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships within the community

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance facility operations
