Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner
to collaborate with leaders across the business and bring in the talent needed for its next chapter of growth. In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, navigate complex domains, source high-caliber talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and compellingly articulate the company’s mission. What You’ll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of searches—from kickoff and sourcing through close—ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Partner with leaders to understand team priorities, ramp quickly on new domains, and translate complexity into actionable hiring strategies. Proactively source and engage top talent through channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and JuiceboxAI. Champion a world-class candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values and culture at every stage of the process. Maintain operational excellence through clean pipelines, accurate data, strong ATS hygiene, and reliable execution of all SLAs. Apply a data-driven approach to debug processes, diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement. Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by leveraging recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to influence decisions and drive strong hiring outcomes. Proactively engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to build inclusive, representative teams. Skills + Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2+ years in-house (technical recruiting experience a plus). Demonstrated success in early-stage tech environments competing for top-tier talent. Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines. Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation. Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform recruiting strategy. Strong collaborator and team player—supportive, reliable, and proactive in helping drive exceptional outcomes. Startup mentality with a sense of ownership, urgency, and openness to experimentation. Experience with applicant tracking systems and best-in-class recruiting operations.
