National Therapy Center is seeking a full-time
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
to join our growing ABA team in the Bethesda, MD area. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work across home, school, and virtual environments with clinical support and a manageable caseload. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA services and committed to achieving a minimum of 25 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized treatment plans Deliver direct supervision and support to RBTs in person and via telehealth Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals Monitor data, evaluate progress, and revise treatment plans accordingly Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification in good standing Licensed in Maryland or willingness to obtain Maryland licensure within 30 days (required for clients credentialed through Maryland providers but seen in DC) Minimum one year of ABA experience with children Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills Comfortable working in a hybrid setting Salary and Benefits:
