Job Summary Join us as a Building Enclosure Consultant / Project Manager and be part of a rapidly growing division that’s shaping the future of building performance. In this role, you’ll provide enclosure analysis and consulting, while managing envelope installation and field testing on a wide range of projects. General Duties
Lead condition assessments and investigations of building enclosure systems, contributing directly to high‑quality building performance
Drive envelope commissioning projects, developing specifications, checklists, and quality standards that set industry benchmarks
Collaborate on design reviews to ensure constructability, durability, and long‑term project success
Identify building enclosure challenges, propose effective solutions, and work closely with contractors and specialists to implement them
Oversee and actively participate in enclosure testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project goals
Monitor installation through inspections and testing, safeguarding quality and performance from start to finish
Engage in construction meetings and collaborate with project teams, making a tangible impact on project outcomes and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in architecture, engineering, or construction management
A minimum of 10+ years of building envelope construction and/or consulting experience would be considered in lieu of educational requirement
5+ years of experience in building enclosure systems
Skills
Strong understanding of building enclosure systems and design principles
Skilled in tracking project costs, billings, and budgets to ensure financial accuracy
Experienced in preparing proposals and establishing service fees
Roofing or building enclosure credentials are a plus
Engineering or architecture licensure is a plus
Location Remote, Dallas, TX or Houston, TX highly desirable.
The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
This role is also eligible for performance‑based bonuses, and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
