Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary Range:
$300,000–$310,000 annually
About the Role We are looking for a Pediatrician Director to oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of a busy pediatric department. This position provides clinical oversight, drives quality improvement, and cultivates a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on excellent pediatric care.
Key Functions
Provide clinical leadership and regular feedback to pediatric providers
Design and refine workflows, protocols, and care pathways
Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budget
Integrate pediatric services with other disciplines and support services
Promote culturally responsive, patient- and family-centered care
Qualifications
Valid California medical license; no disciplinary history
Board-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
Current DEA and BLS certifications
7+ years of ambulatory pediatric experience with leadership responsibilities
Experience in community-based or FQHC settings and working with the Black community
