R2823391Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Operations LeadManager Title: Alexis GAUPILLATLocation: Riells i ViabreaAbout the Job* Main accountabilities* Accountable for value creation, business continuity and execution of the digital portfolio in M&S site* Responsible for all Digital services delivered to the site including digital infrastructure (WAN/LAN, Desktop, local servers), global and local Digital application support (Manufacturing ERP, Shopfloor solutions, LIMS, AI/GenAI), Compliance and Cybersecurity* Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all Digital services delivered to the site* Work closely with Business area senior leaders across different digital M&S product lines, Digital Tech, Services and Experts to identify customer needs, prioritize features and develop program vision and roadmap* Participate in budget cycle and Strategic Plan/LRP for the siteAbout youEducation and Experience* Bachelor's degree required* M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or similar areas preferred* Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with high degree of empathy* Expertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationships and growing collaborative partnerships* Excellent communication skills to define and communicate coherent vision and purpose* Ability to distill complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations* Demonstrated experience as a leader with ability to attract, recruit, and develop talent* Ability to lead in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple priorities* Strategic thinker with track record of delivering results and exceeding goalsSkills Required* Agile Mindset and Practices* Digital strategy & Governance* Project Management & planning* Application Design & Integration* Compliance of Computerized systems* Business Acumen - Manufacturing & Supply* Strategic Thinking Decision Making* Business Partnering and Consulting* Spanish & English FluencyPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
