About the Role: Precision Recruiting Solutions Group® (PRSG®) is partnering with one of our clients to hire a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Corporate Controller who will oversee global accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and process improvement. This leader will drive standardization across multiple entities, enhance financial systems, and build a scalable infrastructure that supports growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead core accounting functions including general ledger, consolidations, technical accounting, and controls.
Oversee accurate, timely financial reporting and audit readiness.
Partner with senior leadership to align accounting with business initiatives.
Standardize and automate global financial processes.
Manage monthly close, international consolidations, and related compliance.
Support M&A diligence and post‑acquisition integration.
Guide ERP/financial systems strategy; experience with large‑scale ERPs required.
Lead and develop accounting teams across U.S. and international locations.
Oversee treasury, cash management, debt compliance, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred.
CPA strongly preferred.
12+ years of progressive accounting/controllership experience, including multi‑entity work.
Expertise in GAAP, technical accounting, global close, and reporting.
Experience with M&A integration and ERP transformation.
Background in manufacturing or similar complex environments.
Experience in investor‑backed or high‑growth companies is a plus.
Skilled at driving process improvement and building scalable systems.
Comfortable leading distributed teams and collaborating across functions.
