Build positive relationships with clients and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Support client-facing marketing and event campaigns
Assist with scheduling, logistics, and coordination for client programs and events
Communicate client goals and feedback to internal teams to ensure campaign success
Track client engagement, participation, and outcomes for reporting purposes
Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to develop client relations skills
Contribute ideas to improve client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness
Represent the company and client brands professionally and positively at events
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with clients and the public
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends
No experience required—full training provided
