This role is responsible for overseeing the processes that support user applications essential to daily operations. The ideal candidate will leverage strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide expert guidance and responsive support to end-users, ensuring the optimal performance of mission-critical information and software systems. Participate in the identification, tracking, reporting, and resolution of issues related to operational applications, including but not limited to Opera, HotSOS, Silverware, Sabre, Sertifi, and related interfaces.
