Position Summary We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who is passionate about mentoring and guiding pre-licensed clinicians. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, trauma-informed therapist who is enthusiastic about fostering professional growth and clinical excellence through both individual and group supervision.
Responsibilities
Provide individual clinical supervision for up to 6 pre-licensed associates
Add 1–2 group supervision sessions as needed
Support supervisees with treatment planning, ethical decision-making, documentation, and clinical conceptualization
Document supervision sessions using electronic health records
Attend staff meetings, clinical trainings, and case consultations
Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with board and agency standards
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new clinical staff
Maintain a clinical caseload of at least 15 clients per week
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy
Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
Up-to-date Clinical Supervision CEUs and board eligibility to supervise
Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience
Strong trauma-informed and culturally responsive clinical approach
Experience with couples and families preferred
Familiarity with the military population preferred
Passion for mentorship and a growth-minded, team-oriented work culture
What We Offer
Hourly rate equivalent to $88,000 - 105,000+ annually, plus bonus structure
