Web-Tronix
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, and experience working with large-scale datasets. You’ll work cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into real-world applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms.
Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to preprocess and analyze data.
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Develop end-to-end pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Integrate machine learning solutions into production systems and applications.
Conduct model evaluation and tuning using metrics such as precision, recall, F1 score, and ROC AUC.
Maintain documentation for models, data pipelines, and experiments.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends and apply best practices.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python (and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools.
Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
Understanding of software engineering best practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, testing, etc.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series modeling.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment frameworks like MLflow or SageMaker.
Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications.
Experience with data annotation tools and techniques.
