We’re seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives—from Oracle Health implementations to cloud and infrastructure transitions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, keeps teams aligned, and delivers results on time and on budget.
Requirements Must-Haves
Proven experience managing healthcare IT projects (EHR, infrastructure, integrations)
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management in clinical and operational settings
Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and risk management skills
Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
Nice-to-Haves
PMP certification (or equivalent)
Experience with Oracle Health / Cerner system transitions
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS requirements)
Based in Hawaii or able to align with local time zone and stakeholders
