Hi Res Consulting
We're seeking a seasoned Oracle Health Report Developer to design and deliver custom reporting solutions that support both clinical operations and executive decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders to develop CCL scripts and DA2 dashboards that surface actionable insights from across the organization.
Requirements Must-Haves
Strong proficiency in Cerner Command Language (CCL)
Hands‑on experience with Discern Analytics (DA2) for building reports and dashboards
Proven ability to develop clinical and operational reports tailored to diverse end users
Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium data model and reporting architecture
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience supporting quality reporting, executive scorecards, or population health analytics
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL‑based reporting tools for cross‑platform environments
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and data logic
Experience collaborating with clinical, IT, and administrative leaders to prioritize reporting deliverables
