Are you our next great PROJECT MANAGER? This position is located in Palo Alto, CA Highlights of what our Project Managers will do, but not limited to:

Hire, train and manage enhancement crews to ensure a safe, efficient and productive workforce that provides industry leading quality of service and horticultural expertise

Have knowledge of landscape installation methodologies to ensure successful execution of designs and plant establishment. This shall include ability to read plans, have knowledge of common landscape plant species and irrigation systems

Create client estimates and proposals for basic landscape renovations including basic design skills, plant, irrigation and production rate knowledge.

Work in collaboration with Branch Managers, Account Managers and Clients to schedule and coordinate the execution of landscape enhancements projects including materials acquisition, personnel and equipment assignment, sequencing activity for optimal productions and minimal disruption to clients and tenants

Track and adhere to budgeted hours, material costs and timelines to meet production and profitability goals

Ensure accurate timekeeping, timely submitting of material expenses and invoicing completed work

Ensure a safe workplace by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures, observing field operations to reduce risk

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Project Manager will include, but not limited to:

An AA or BA college degree and/or have a minimum of 2-3 years landscape experience is highly preferred

Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is highly preferred

Horticultural, irrigation and landscape construction knowledge

Computer proficiency- including excel, word, and photoshop. Additional software abilities for design, rendering, and estimating are preferred.

Starting Salary Range:

$80,000 - $95,000 per year (specific compensation may vary based on overall skills, experience and location)

Annual Bonus potential (specific amount may vary based on overall division performance)
