Ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing structures, and regulatory requirements. Work with sales, operations, and customer success teams to resolve billing disputes. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on billing and/or collections.Proven experience managing large-volume billing and A/R operations in a complex or fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and billing platforms. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in SaaS, subscription billing, or service-based industries.
