VP, AI Transformation & Operational Excellence

The Vice President, Kaizen AI Initiatives, will be responsible for shaping, championing, and leading a transformative AI-driven culture throughout the organization. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide AI efficiency, embedding continuous improvement (“Kaizen”) principles, and driving measurable impact across diverse teams and operations.This role will report to our EVP of digital information and will be accountable for translating technological potential into quantifiable business value across all functions.Key Responsibilities Mentor and develop a high-performing team of AI professionals, ensuring talent growth and knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years’ experience in AI leadership roles, preferably at the VP or senior executive level. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven leadership and change management capabilities, with experience influencing senior stakeholders. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology initiatives to operational and financial outcomes. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
