Responsibilities
Work in a team environment utilizing Agile software methodologies and processes.
Autonomously work on complex tasks, assisting with the full software development lifecycle and engaging with customers for requirements Technical Engineering Meetings and demos.
Provide leadership to early‑career employees and architectural insight to a large code base.
Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities; design, develop, document, test, and debug software that solves business or mission problems.
Apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
Ensure software standards are met and correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of technical experience as a Software Engineer in an Agile environment with proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, C++, C#.
Security+ or CISSP/SSCP certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of basic software practices such as coding standards, unit testing, configuration management, database and system administration.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to support and lead teams.
Experience with XML, Windows, .NET, Linux, system software and scripting development, web development, system analysis, system design, software design, software development and implementation, and software testing.
Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
