Position Overview
We are seeking a Test Engineer to analyze system requirements and concepts of operation to develop evaluation and test plans and conduct data collection and analysis. You will drive performance analysis and test readiness that informs program decisions. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance data collection and analysis aligned with decision points Apply statistical analysis modeling and simulation to characterize performance estimates Develop test plans procedures reports and data management plans and support discrepancy reporting Coordinate with systems engineering and other test organizations for integration and readiness Qualifications
Five years of test and evaluation experience on programs of similar scope and complexity Bachelor degree in math science engineering statistics engineering management or related discipline or four additional years of test experience in lieu of degree Experience with test readiness assessments modeling and simulation and analysis tools Compensation and Benefits
