About the THAAD program The THAAD program is growing and introducing new system capabilities. As a
systems integration engineer
on the THAAD program, you will perform systems engineering and design activities, focusing on system interface design.
Responsibilities
Perform cross-program coordination during development of system level interfaces for new capabilities.
Lead and support working groups to define/update system interfaces for new capabilities.
Incorporate interface updates into existing Cameo models.
Maintain and improve existing Cameo models for interface control documents (ICDs).
Perform and support trade studies to support system design updates.
Support hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HWIL) system level software testing.
Develop and update system level software documentation.
Basic Qualifications
System engineering or system integration experience.
Experience working and interfacing with multiple teams and groups.
Eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
System interface design.
Familiar with model‑based systems engineering and Cameo.
Bachelor's in Engineering or similar field.
Familiar with missile defense systems.
Final Secret clearance.
Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret.

Work Schedule
Standard 40 hours over a five-day work week with optional condensed schedules providing additional time away from the office.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off.
Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,200 - $106,030. Salary information is a general guideline only.
