Network Engineer with WIFI

Cisco switches and routers, Data center network cabling infrastructure, Cisco ACI, Application Center Infrastructure and APIC Network security, Cisco DNA Digital Network Architecture Center, Cisco Unified Wireless Network, Project management, Change management process Main skills : Routing and switching with DC experience and WIFI Key Responsibilities: Devise plan design deploys and migrate to new enterprise data center network systems from the beginning to implementation by collaborating with different teams. Design, implement, and maintain Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) in data center environments. Configure ACI fabric including spine-leaf topology, APIC controllers, and fabric discovery. Create and manage tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, application profiles, endpoint groups (EPGs), and contracts. Integrate ACI with external Layer2/Layer3 networks, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vCenter), and firewalls. Design, Configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-level Routing & Switching using Cisco technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, etc.). Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot wireless networks using Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs), access points, and policy enforcement. Configure and maintain Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) for network access control, profiling, posture assessments, and policy enforcement. Implement and manage Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for network automation, assurance, provisioning, and policy-based management. Collaborate with security teams to integrate network security practices including segmentation and access control. Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures. Provide Tier 3 support and act as an escalation point of complex network issues. Optimize wireless network coverage and performance in high-density wireless client areas by reviewing current wireless system configurations. Create Low Level Design, High Level Design, Implementation, Migration Plan, and Acceptance Test Plan documents in accordance with client standards. Write manuals and documents of all tasks and procedures. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements. Solve complex problems with many variables. Qualification Must have Cisco WIFI implementation experience. Extensive experience in configuring and customizing Cisco APIC controller. At least seven to ten years of hands-on experience with planning and designing switching network solutions and migrations for large enterprises. Subject matter expertise with Cisco Unified Wireless Networking including 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax, LWAPP, CAPWAP, WLCs, Prime Infrastructure, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC. Good understanding of complex multi-vendor layer 2/3 environments including Cisco, CheckPoint, Palo Alto, F5, Pulse Secure, and Citrix VPN. Knowledge of Cisco device configuration and troubleshooting across multiple platforms. Expertise in external Layer 2/3 fabric connectivity and switching architecture design. Technical knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, static, BGP) and switching networks across large infrastructures. Understanding of networking components such as switches, routers, cables, racks, firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, LDAP, IPsec. Ability to manage project plans, track milestones, and identify dependencies. Excellent project management skills including planning, organization, scheduling, and progress reporting. Seniority level
