Oslitandi Tech LLC is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support and design LAN/WAN infrastructure, leveraging routing services such as BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN. Responsibilities include maintaining network connectivity at various locations, analyzing network usage, security breaches, and ensuring data backups. The role also involves configuring networking equipment (routers, switches, etc.), defining security settings, and using tools like Splunk and SolarWinds for system support. A key focus will be maintaining technical proficiency, administering Cisco ISE and firewalls, and ensuring the integrity of data across the network. Familiarity with circuit management and cybersecurity is also essential. Description
Support and design local and wide-area network design, integration, and administration. Leverage routing services such as BGP, VRF, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN. Ensure and maintain network connectivity at the JADOC and remote locations to include the JNET Test / Training Network (BNET). Analyze and report security breaches or attempted breaches. Analyze network data to determine network usage, disk space availability, or server function. Back up network data. Configure and define parameters for installation or testing of local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), hubs, routers, switches, controllers, multiplexers, or related networking equipment. Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals. Use applicable tools, processes, and procedures in the execution of system support. Tools and resources may include but are not limited to Splunk, SolarWinds, Domain Controllers, and certificate authorities. Maintain currency, technical proficiency, and applicable certifications for maintenance and support duties. Knowledge of circuit management and coordination with AFNORTH and applicable DISA circuit management offices. Administer Cisco ISE, DNAC, and firewalls (FTD/FMC); provide policy reinforcement. Implement cybersecurity solutions and policies. Ensure integrity and security of data transported over the JADOC Network (JNET).
