Overview We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Enterprise Change Management to drive adoption and engagement for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span our entire organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that transformational efforts—such as the adoption of AI, rollout of new customer-facing technologies, internal process and cultural changes, and implementation of agile methodologies—are embraced, understood, and sustained across all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Change Leadership Lead change management efforts for enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs. Partner with the Executive Operating Group and senior business leaders to define change strategies and success metrics. Assess the organization’s change management needs and build a team that will support your change management strategy across the business.

Communication & Engagement Develop and execute communication plans that clearly articulate the value and impact of changes. Create excitement and momentum around new initiatives through storytelling, campaigns, and internal branding.

Training & Enablement Design and deliver customized training programs to support adoption and capability building. Collaborate with People & Culture to integrate change-related training into existing frameworks.

Measurement & Feedback Establish KPIs and feedback loops to monitor adoption, identify resistance, and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular reporting to executive stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a liaison between executive sponsors and business units to ensure seamless execution and employee readiness. Facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and stakeholder interviews to surface insights and inform planning.

Qualifications

At least five years of proven experience leading change management for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and at least ten years of business leadership experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Strong understanding of organizational behavior, communication strategy, and adult learning principles.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Experience with tools like Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, or similar frameworks; Change Management Certification through Prosci, Kotter or the like preferred.
