Job Description Manage a full caseload of employment and business litigation matters with minimal oversight. Handle all phases of employment litigation, from initial complaint through trial. Provide proactive advice and counsel to business clients on a wide range of employment law issues. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related materials. Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and practical guidance. Collaborate with a tight-knit team of attorneys who value communication, professionalism, and adaptability. Support business clients with long-term compliance strategies and legal solutions that align with their goals.
Qualifications 10+ years of employment law and business law experience. Strong litigation experience, including full case ownership through trial. Demonstrated ability to independently manage caseloads. Excellent communication and client-management skills. Ability to work hybrid with periodic in-office presence.
