Chicago, IL We are seeking a highly skilled
Media Supervisor
for our client, a progressive media agency in downtown Chicago. As a Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel media plans that drive business results. You will work closely with the planning team to develop strategic media plans, manage media budgets, and analyze campaign performance. This role will focus on a large healthcare account and requires previous Pharma/Healthcare experience, including HCP campaigns. This position operates in a hybrid work model (2 days a week in the office). Responsibilities Collaborate on high-level strategy development to inform cross-channel planning Deliver evidence-based media solutions tailored to client objectives Guide the planning process, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables Provide daily counsel to clients and serve as a tactical liaison Take ownership of the team’s work, delegate tasks, and ensure quality control Supervise and develop team members, maintaining ongoing communication and coaching Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience in media planning and buying 1+ year of supervising direct reports Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Hands-on experience with media planning, buying, and platforms like Lumina, MRI-Simmons, Prisma, Scarborough, Telmar, and Vivvix Preferred experience with platforms such as Commspoint, Comscore, GeoPath, Media Ocean, Nielsen, Pathmatics, Placer.AI, Point Logic, SpyFu, Crossix, Eyeota, Medscape, MD Linx, Doximity Ability to interpret data and recommend strategies based on research Experience with digital and traditional media execution Capability to manage multiple clients or brands as a supervising lead Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in media planning and buying, including HCP Experience with data analysis and interpretation Knowledge of DMPs and marketing automation tools Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging media channels Founded in 1998, ad+one is comprised of experienced recruitment professionals with over 30 years of combined experience serving the advertising and media industry nationwide.
