Responsibilities Responsible for improving TikTok search results experience, accountable for experience metrics. Have a strong understanding of the search product and user needs, define clear evaluation metrics from both objective and subjective perspectives, identify problems through well-founded evaluation methods, and drive optimization. Design search results optimization strategies through data analysis and user analysis, continuously iterate search experience. Collaborate with the monetization team to balance user experience and monetization goals. Actively think about the application scenarios of AIGC in search, improve search efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in search/recommendation strategy products. Strong capability in analyzing user needs, assessing product strategy and trade-offs, and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
