DUTIES Conduct business requirements reviews, develop technical system specifications, analyze business processes, and develop innovative IT solutions for complex situations. Key Responsibilities Knowledge of ZOS IBM Mainframe Infrastructure and Job Scheduling products. Verify multi-tiered architectures in WebSphere. Test and implement upgrades and patches. Perform Mainframe QA audits and configure/test production environments. Support and troubleshoot Cerner EMR systems. Work with various Cerner EMR applications and OS such as Linux, AIX, or ZOS. Participate in system builds, planning, and migrations. Minimum Requirements Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field and six (6) years of related experience; work experience may substitute for education. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs) Documentation, troubleshooting, basic Cerner and IT skills, quick learner, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in teams, professional customer support, respect for diversity.
