Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated, experienced

Associate Store Manager

who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment. This is an opportunity to bring your passion for fashion, people, and performance into a role where you’ll directly influence the client experience, shape daily store operations, and play a key role in the development of the team.

This role is ideal for someone who leads from the floor, inspires through action, and embraces creativity and ownership in all aspects of store leadership. You’ll help set the tone for the store’s energy, culture, and success—while also having space to grow as a leader within the company.

Key Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by motivating the team and leading through example.

Cultivate a client-first culture with a strong focus on clienteling, personal styling, and elevated service.

Build lasting client relationships and contribute to our strong community connections.

Lead the floor with energy and intention, ensuring every client interaction is on-brand and memorable.

Team Development & Coaching Recruit, train, and mentor team members with a focus on skill-building, product knowledge, and confidence.

Provide consistent feedback and individualized coaching to support personal and professional growth.

Champion a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and accountability.

Identify internal talent and play a key role in developing future leaders.

Take creative ownership of the sales floor—merchandising with purpose and style that reflects the brand vision.

Execute seasonal floor moves and respond to sales trends with agile, data-informed decisions.

Maintain a polished and organized store environment that inspires clients and empowers the team.

Store Operations & Leadership Own day-to-day operational flow, from opening and closing to managing reporting and floor planning.

Support accurate inventory management and ensure operational processes run efficiently.

Make informed, confident decisions that impact the client experience and the team’s success.

Act as store lead in the absence of the Store Manager, with full operational responsibility.

Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in fashion, luxury, or specialty retail.

Proven track record in driving sales, leading high-performing teams, and delivering elevated service.

Strong communication and time management skills; confident in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.

Passion for fashion, styling, visual merchandising, and building strong client relationships.

Ability to bring positive energy and strategic thinking to daily operations and team dynamics.

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
