Location: Manhattan, NY. Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00.

As the brand breaks into the U.S. retail landscape, we are seeking a best‑in‑class Store Manager to build, lead, and elevate the New York City flagship location. This is a rare opportunity to help define a brand’s presence in one of the most influential fashion markets in the world.

THE ROLE As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the flagship—responsible for driving leadership, culture, customer experience, sales performance, operational excellence, and sophisticated brand presentation. You will build and coach a high‑performing team while ensuring the store delivers a truly world‑class retail experience. This role is ideal for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, high‑touch leader with a track record in luxury or contemporary fashion retail.

Operationally excellent, detail‑oriented, and unafraid to build from the ground up

Energized by fast‑paced environments and capable of owning full‑floor responsibility

Key Requirements

2+ years Store Manager experience within luxury or contemporary fashion, ideally managing $2M+ volume

Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams to exceed sales targets

Strong understanding of retail operations, VM, clienteling, customer service excellence, and loss prevention

Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, Microsoft Office (preferred, not required)

Ability to work a full‑time retail schedule including weekends/evenings (Tue–Sat schedule required)

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

A strong book of business within the NYC or Tri‑State market (highly advantageous)

Lead, coach, and inspire a passionate team to exceed sales, service, and operational expectations

Deliver in‑the‑moment training, coaching, redirects, and development conversations

Build a culture of accountability, empowerment, emotional intelligence, and excellence

Operational Excellence

Own store KPIs, people management, inventory accuracy, and operational execution

Ensure compliance with all processes, policies, and standards

Maintain seamless daily operations across opening, closing, and reporting

Customer & Client Experience

Create an elevated, intentional, high‑touch customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business

Foster a client‑first environment focused on connection, styling, and experiential retail

Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

Curate the store’s visual presentation to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and commercial priorities

Ensure every detail—from merchandising to floor layouts—supports conversion, UPT, and AUR

Business Growth & Community Activation

Partner with regional leadership to design and execute in‑store events, activations, and influencer programming

Leverage local relationships and your personal network to drive traffic, engagement, and cultural relevance

Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to fuel long‑term growth
