This Human Resource Coordinator will support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring every hire has a smooth start. HR Coordinator Responsibilities Manage onboarding for 10–25 new hires weekly, from background checks to I‑9 verification Coordinate welcome communications and system setup across various HRIS software and systems Maintain accurate employee data across all HR systems Partner with hiring managers to align onboarding timelines and ensure first‑day readiness Process offboarding and terminations with precision and compliance Support HR projects, audits, and efficiency initiatives HR Coordinator Requirements 1–3 years of Human Resource experience in a fast‑paced environment (internships are welcomed) Knowledge of onboarding, I‑9 compliance, and HRIS platforms HRIS and/or ATS knowledge or exposure required Meticulous attention to detail and multitasking ability Excellent communication skills; Spanish a plus Collaborative, proactive mindset with flexibility to jump in where needed What’s in It for Me?
