Team Lead, Human Resource Recruiting at LaSalle Network LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-paced manufacturing organization in the north suburbs of Chicago to hire a Bilingual Recruiter for a consulting opportunity. This role is ideal for an energetic recruiting professional who thrives in high-volume environments and takes pride in creating a smooth, positive experience for new hires. As a Bilingual Recruiter , you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process for hourly manufacturing, distribution and logistics roles, support onboarding and orientation, and serve as a trusted partner to HR and operations leadership. If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish, confident leading orientations, and eager to make an impact, this is the role for you! What’s the Job? Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, distribution and operations roles Source, screen, and schedule interviews across multiple departments Post job openings and maintain listings on job boards and internal systems Lead weekly new hire orientations and onboarding sessions Coordinate closely with HR and operations to meet staffing goals Deliver onboarding materials and ensure all paperwork is completed Build strong relationships with candidates and team members What’s Needed? Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume hiring Confident communicator and engaging presenter Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable on the production floor and interacting with hourly teams daily What’s in It for Me?
