Base pay range $52.00/hr - $74.00/hr
A world-renowned Research Intuition is seeking an
Epic Integration Project Manager
to join their IT team. This Project Manager will play a key role in the successful planning, implementation, optimization, and support of application integration solutions for the customer. This role leads project management across all aspects of Epic integration with other applications and workflows, ensuring that application and integration solutions align with best practices, business needs, and patient care. The Senior Epic Integrations PM will also support decoupling/divesture work and future integration work to another hospital system. Integration projects and support are not limited to EPIC, and responsibilities include other hospital initiatives as well.
Must Haves
5 years minimum experience as a Project Manager
5 years supporting complex Epic projects such as implementations, integrations, upgrades, optimizations, or support initiatives
Proven integration experience: specifically with system integration and data exchange and connecting EPIC with third‑party software, internal systems, and external vendors.
Previous Healthcare IT Experience: experience in a healthcare system environment is essential to understand clinical and hospital practices and workflow
Epic System Knowledge: in depth knowledge of Epic EHRR platform and relevant workflows (ambulatory, inpatient, revenue cycle, access, analytics modules)
Understanding of data exchange and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
Strong Project Management Fundamentals: defining project scope, stakeholder management, aligning project goals with larger institution‑wide initiatives, critical thinking skills

Previous healthcare merger acquisition or divesture experience
PMP Certification
