We believe in finding the best talent! While some roles are based at one of our office locations, remote roles can sit in any of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WV. Remote status and role locations are subject to change. Relocation is not provided. Employees within a 90‑minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in‑office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

Responsible for overall strategic direction and leadership of their business unit – Operations Enablement

Defines strategic direction for function aligned to the company's overall values, mission and strategic priorities as defined by ELT for their functions.

Ensure achievement of short‑term objectives while implementing strategies to achieve long‑term goals that generate value through revenue growth, improved client experience, and operational efficiencies to support continuous growth.

Stays aware of competitors, the market, expansion opportunities and new industry standards and development. Applies insights on external competitive landscape in all aspects of decision making.

Manages division / functional unit’s finances to achieve company financial goals.

Influences company business development strategy, sales innovations and the overall profitability of the company.

Formulates and oversees execution of plans to fix any problems when the company is not achieving its desired goals.

Directs, leads, and evaluates employees’ work and ensuring a healthy corporate culture.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have 15+ years of leadership experience in the Financial Services industry with a minimum of 10 years’ experience leading operational divisions.

Must have prior experience leading transformational change within Operations and Client Service with the ability to demonstrate growth and operational optimization.

Must demonstrate foundational literacy/ competency of Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma principles and a demonstrated track record for leading enterprise change initiatives.

Preferred – experience leading a P/L center of greater than $10 m US.

Must be able to develop operational metrics and use data to drive strategy and execution of work.

Must be able to develop 1–3‑year strategic plans for their operational division with specific emphasis on operational transformation.

Must be able to work independently without need for daily supervision.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and facilitation.

Candidate will demonstrate advanced capabilities with organization and process management.

Prior experience with technology – specifically CRM and BPM solutions – is required.

College Degree required; advanced degrees preferred.

Pay Range

$200,000–$235,000 per year

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
