THI is seeking a passionate and mission-driven Product Director, IDHea Platform. This role is responsible for setting vision, driving execution, and ensuring the success of IDHea platform through hands-on product management, effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.This role will manage upcoming releases of cloud data lake platforms, pipelines, and analytics tools for ocular imaging data to meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, product management skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. **Responsibilities:** Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and end-users. **Qualifications:** Minimum 8 – 10+
years of experience as a Product Knowledge of market research techniques, competitive analysis and product requirements definition.Experience with Agile development methodologies, product lifecycle management and tools (e.g. Jira or similar), and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies. * A passion for leveraging data to improve patient care and drive innovation.**Base Pay:**Expected Base Pay Range: $180,000 to $230,000 AnnualizedThe base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed.
Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
