Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in shaping the team culture and ensuring consistently high service and operational standards. This role includes a comprehensive training program that provides broad exposure to both front‑ and back‑of‑house functions—including serving, hosting, bar operations, line cooking, prep, expediting, and all areas of financial and operational management. Qualifications

• At least three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high‑volume or scratch‑kitchen environment.
• Experience managing revenues of $5M or more.
• Strong, hands‑on leadership style with a guest‑first approach.
• Ability to excel in fast‑paced, high‑demand service settings.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor scheduling, and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Ability to commute to the Fort Lauderdale area

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base (commensurate with experience), comprehensive health, dental, & vision, 401k, PTO, dining discounts and much more!
