Overview
Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. We are seeking a 2nd Shift Weld/Fabrication Supervisor to supervise.
Responsibilities
Ensure production is to specifications
Quality standards are being met 100%
Ensuring all employees are working within the established safety guidelines
The hours of this position are typically 3:00pm to 2:00am Monday - Thursday
Position Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
Monitor employee performance and work output
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
Pay attention to details and have a strong drive to succeed
