We are seeking a highly skilled
Business Analyst
with proven experience in the
insurance industry
and advanced proficiency in
AI‑driven tools
for requirements gathering, user story creation, and solution design. This role will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and recommending optimal solutions that extend beyond traditional automation (e.g., RPA).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
Leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate user story development, requirement definition, and analysis.
Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and solution recommendations.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (product, IT, operations, compliance) to ensure alignment and delivery.
Evaluate and recommend best‑fit technical solutions across automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
Support project governance, risk assessment, and delivery tracking.
Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Insurance industry experience
(mandatory).
Strong background in
business analysis , requirements gathering, and solution design.
Advanced proficiency with
AI tools
for business analysis (e.g., AI‑assisted requirement generation, user story automation).
Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, workflow tools) and broader digital transformation solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Certifications such as
CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or Agile BA
preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Ability to analyze complex processes and recommend scalable, efficient solutions.
Strong documentation and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
