two senior executives
to join its U.S. leadership team as
Vice Presidents of Business Development , each responsible for driving growth across our portfolio of independent medical education and communication programs —
one with a primary focus on Oncology
and
the other on CNS (Central Nervous System) .
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the
CME / IME / Medical Communications
sector, an established network within the pharmaceutical industry, and a proven track record of leading strategic partnerships and revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the U.S. business development strategy for medical education and CME/IME projects.
Build and expand partnerships with pharma and biotech companies through consultative, relationship-driven engagement.
Identify and secure grant-funded and collaborative opportunities within CNS and other key therapeutic areas.
Collaborate with global medical, operations, and scientific affairs teams to design impactful and compliant programs.
Profile Requirements
Senior-level experience (Director, Senior Director, or VP) in CME / IME / Medical Communications / Pharma Services.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ACCME, ACPE, OIG).
Proven success in strategic business development and client management with top-tier pharmaceutical companies.
Excellent executive communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Experience or strong interest in CNS (neurology, psychiatry, or sleep medicine) preferred.
