We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries effectively.

Normal work schedule is a 5 day work week and includes Monday thru Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm and with rotating Saturdays 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Duties


  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer queries and provide updates as necessary.

  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Experience


  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a significant advantage.

  • Proven skills in sales or client services will be beneficial.

  • Strong computer skills for on-line scheduling/data entry, billing, and payments

  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse clientele.

Salary/Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
