We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries effectively.
Normal work schedule is a 5 day work week and includes Monday thru Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm and with rotating Saturdays 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer queries and provide updates as necessary.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a significant advantage.
Proven skills in sales or client services will be beneficial.
Strong computer skills for on-line scheduling/data entry, billing, and payments
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
Salary/Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
